Step Into Safety is a safety training Metaverse that help organisations improve their safety culture and create safer workplaces, developed in close collaboration with behavioral scientists at Skanska, one of the worlds largest construction companies.

Research shows that team members that has been involved in accidents themselves or been in close contact with colleagues that are injured at work tend to improve their safety awareness and behaviour.

What if we could replicate these dangerous situations in a safe environment, affect users on a deeper level, and thus improve safety culture?
